Faye stood on the sandy shore, with her eyes closed, taking in the salty smell of the ocean. The cool crisp air felt good against her skin that would have other wised burned in the sun. Opening her eyes she took in the magnificent view that laid before her. Here the water seemed so pure and clean. It felt like nothing could contaminate its beautiful, crystal water. Glancing around for Ghost she saw that the wolf was playing in the water as if she was still in her puppy days. Giggling Faye searched for Rain, her ever so shy Dragon companion. He was always hiding or hanging underfoot. Faye might have found it annoying if she hadn't understood how it felt to feel all alone in the world. Other than Rain's mother, who had been killed, Faye and Ghost were the only family that Rain had. Even the dragons in his family had refused to care for him calling him cursed and unlucky because his mother had been killed by a human. Really that was so dumb. Just because something bad had happened didn't mean it was the cause of an omen, maybe it was bad luck. Come to think of it she, Ghost and Rain had all become an unlikely pack because of abandonment. She when her parents died, Ghost when she was forced out by a rival female, and Rain when his family disowned him. They were all alone, well mostly, and they all belonged together. It was a sobering yet pleasing thought..to feel that there was somewhere she belonged. Coming back to the job at hand Faye continued to search for Rain and sure enough she could barely make out his faint outline buried in the sand. She shook her head at the quaint figure. Strolling over she lightly brushed him off and hugged him to her chest. Looking him in his eyes she said "One day little guy, you're going to talk to me and ill listen." Rain simply blinked at her and hopped out of her lap and back under another sand pile. Faye sighed before trying to decide how to best prepare for the arrival of her two friends. They were the ones who had looked past her shy exterior and found the strong, young woman who laid on the inside and she loved them dearly...even if every time they got together some type of misery was created. Looking around Faye tried to determine a nice spot for her to set up the tent in which they would be able to relax. Grinning Faye started to build a makeshift tent right next to the ocean so they could have inspiration as they planned their mischievous deeds. It felt good to have at least one friend with who she could feel as though she wasn't a freak.

Was tramping across the countryside looking for that damned boy. That boy rumored to be Peregraine Alexander. Of the royal Alexanders. A hand ran through her red hair. She had left Cassander in the care of an inn keep named Terryn with the words "Keep him safe and out of trouble, or else I'll take your prick as my prize, we clear fella?" At this moment in time the red haired woman would be walking downwind of the shore. Being downwind Ghost would not be able to smell her until the spy was right upon Faye.
The girl was busy making a tent, "You, there!" she shouts, pointing at Faye as she marched towards the girl "Quick, quick ducky, you seen a man around these parts? she'd give Faye just a moment before she starts firing off the rumored still alive Peregrines description. "He's about six fee, and one hundred fifty pounds or there abouts. Be a really lanky fella girl. Has light brown hair, likely a bit of gold streaked from da sun. Has light blue eyes. Few freckles. If you been in bed with the fella you mighta noticed a scar on his left shoulder? Boy is a criminal, dangerous."
There give off the image of she was a bounty hunter, oh but she was far from a bounty hunter. No she was much more then that. Not that Cassander nor anyone else really knew except those privileged enough to know.

The ocean. Dedrallow liked the ocean, something about it was just calming too him. His mind fuzzy was he walked through the sand. It had been a while since he had been here. The last place he had been was Teumanch and that was a while ago. His companion, Rouge, was still lying unconscious, he had just left her there just a few days ago and now here he was. He had left Teumanch a few days earlier, just having encountered a Giant and a feisty banshee named Nikita. He left without so much as a goodbye, he doubt he would ever run into her again. That was over with. His main focus now was getting Rouge better. All he could do was pray that she would wake up. She had been with him for so long, he was lost without her.
Dedrallow looked up from where he was walking to see two women. One of them was making a tent while the other one was yelling about…who knows what. Dedrallow rolled his eyes as he kicked a stone in the sand. He walked a bit closer, but they were blocking his path. He crossed his arms in dismay. Didn’t they have a better place to do all this talking? He sighed. “Can’t you two have this conversation somewhere else? Some people are just trying to relax….go to a tavern or something.” He said with a sigh and a roll of his eyes. He wasn’t in the best of moods. He could snap at any minute, but he was trying his best to bite his tongue. He didn’t want to go off and start some trouble. He didn’t have time for that. But….it wasn’t as if he had somewhere he had to go. He was a changeling after all. They were a drifter, always going from one place to the next. Never knowing where they were headed too, until they got there.

As Faye had started making the tent, she heard a sound in the distance. Turning around she saw a woman saying something as she approached her. She frightened Faye with the way she was hurrying toward her. Looking around she tried to find some...any kind of weapon that she could use to defend herself. Seeing that her pack was too far out of her reach, Faye grabbed a broken seashell and prepared for battle. If this person could sneak up without Ghost noticing then she had to be a good spy. As the woman continued to advance, Faye suddenly knew who she was. Smiling she tossed down the rock and ran towards her in excitement. "Khailyn," she called with arms extended "is it really you?" Before she could reach the red headed female, Faye heard a male's voice say “Can’t you two have this conversation somewhere else? Some people are just trying to relax….go to a tavern or something.” Dropping her arms and pausing in her run, Faye looked around searching for the source of the rudeness. Her eyes fell on the profile of a man standing in her peripheral vision. Frowning she tried to determine the best course to attack him with and tried to acquire another shell. Sighing when she found none, she decided to talk to him about his rudeness. Walking closer to him she nervously tried to summon some words to say before she saw who it was. Looking from left to right she squeaked with happiness and shrieked "Oh My Gosh! You guys are both here." Then she fainted from happiness. Khailyn was quite adept at sneaking up one people and animals. It was part of ones training. She was clad in snug leathers and here came Faye about ready to throw her arms around Lyn it seemed. It took Khai a moment to recognize the blonde. She paused "Faye" a small smile tugged her lips. How long had it been, she tried to remeber. Though Dedrallow had to open his mouth “Can’t you two have this conversation somewhere else? Some people are just trying to relax….go to a tavern or something.”
Oh dear...Khailyn would march directly towards him "You got somthing to say there boy, because I dun think me likes your tongue, here let me aleve you of it, kapeecha" she said,an only pausing to reach for that dagger. She had left her other one with Cassander, she wasn't fond of him having only magic to protect him. Especially if he ran into an item that drained ones ability to conduct magic or a dragon. Since most dragons where immune to magic, or magic did little damage to them. Lord that woman was hell on heels. The shriek of happiness made her frown "You know this baboon?". She wasn't quite close enough to Dedrallow to jump on him and straddle him unless she lunged. Lunging would be a bad move she decided with the sand already being soft and shifting. She didn't want to take the chance and miss.

Dedrallow wasn’t quite sure what to say. One of the females, who seemed to have a wolf and a dragon for a pet, seemed to know who he was. Dedrallow wasn’t good at names. It took someone quite special to catch his attention and he had been to so many places and been so many people, who would to say he didn’t know her? But, he still gave her a questioning look. He turned and looked at the other woman, who pulled out a dagger. What was with these people? He shook his head in disbelief. What had he gotten himself into? He really didn’t want to deal with this right now, but it seemed that he didn’t have any choice. He threw his hands in defeat. “I’m sorry, I don’t know who you are,” he told the female, who somehow fainted from excitement (he couldn’t understand why) before turning back to the female with the knife.
“Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed,” Dedrallow said, “do you do this to every male you see? Decide you want to attack them? Perhaps you just need to get laid.” He said. Yeah, it was probably the wrong thing to say to her, but he was in a bad mood right now, she was the one that pulled the dagger on him. Not, like he was worried though. He was immortal. A little dagger couldn’t do that damage, which probably boasts his confidence a lot. It wasn’t as if he wanted to get into a scuttle with the woman, but Dedrallow had a bad habit of just saying what is on his mind. He never thought first. He just did it.

As Faye laid unconscious on the sandy shore, she could hear Dedrallow say: “I’m sorry, I don’t know who you are." She laid there a few minutes trying to digest this piece of information. As she laid there trying to think she heard Dedrallow and Khailyn going at it. She didn't understand what was going on...it seemed like they couldn't remember who see was or all the stuff that they had done together in the past. Struggling not to cry, Faye felt Ghost's rough tongue on her cheek. Pushing the wolf away lightly, Faye sat up and watched as Dedrallow and Khailyn had a heated argument. She couldn't believe it the two people who she loved the most had forgotten about her in the course of two months, but if that was the case then why were they even here. She knew that they had agreed to meet up here to check in,but if they didn't remember her why did they remember to come here. Maybe it was destiny. Absentmindedly,Faye scratched Ghost behind the ear as she tried to think of some type of plausible explanation, but there wasn't one unless they had met with an evil witch, but she doubted any witch could make someone forget that they knew someone...but maybe they could. She didn't know anything about magic and that made it much more confusing. Getting up and wandering over she asked sadly, "Do you guys really not remember me?" Khailyn would flick her gaze over her at Faye a moment and the red head pursed her lips "She'll be fine" she begins and then Dedrallow had to open his mouth once more "You have no idea you bumbling bafoon" she begins, Immortals may not die but they are most certainly able to feel pain. And Khailyn was an expert at making someone feel pain. If she had known Ded was immportal she'd wonder how long she could torture him to see how much he'd scream and bleed. But where was I going with this. Oh yes!
Most certainly she had forgotten, she wasnt even sure she really knew who Faye was, though the face had jogged a memory in her head somewhere but she couldnt remember. "I...have no clue who you are....other then a pretty face, a gir with a wolf and dragon" her eyes rest on Dedrallow then he gave her a vibe that said to watch him. She might have to rope him into her little adventure on her search for the rumored crown prince. Just to keep her eyes on him.

“Nope, I have no idea who any of you ladies are,” he said with a sigh as he folded his arms together. He was curious on what was going on here. Who was this girl? What did she want? Did he really know her or was she just mistaking them for someone else? Dedrallow turned to the other woman and raised a brow at her, because she seemed just as equally as confused as him. He turned back to the other one and took a step forward. He tried to remember, but he could not. He could swear up and down that he had never seen her before. Was he just getting old? Or was did he really lose it? Did that mean he knew the other girl as well? Ugh! This was just too much.
“So, who are you and what do you want with us?” He asked her questiongly. He was curious, but he doubted it was something important. Maybe she was just crazy (but can he really be pointing his fingers out to other people? I mean look at him….he could admit he could get a little crazy at times) He stood there silently as he waited for her to answer his questions. She seemed to know them, it was only right for her to tell them who she was and how she knew them.

Faye stared at them for a long moment as she blinked to stop the tears that threatened to fall from her eyes. She tried to remember butterflies, puppies, birds, anything that would make the tears go away. How could neither of them remember? All the games, the pranks, the messes they had gotten in....had they really meant so little to them that they could forget such memorable. Slowing carefully, she turned to the man: " You're Dedrallow Omen and you're," she turned to the girl " Khailyn Ziven. We met when I was 13 a few years ago when you two had both been visiting Sgaithte. I know because I was crying because those awful orphanage kids had been being mean to me and I had ran off. Somehow you both heard my crying and came to find the source of the noise. Dedrallow was wandering with Rouge who was in the shape of a raven and Khailyn was wandering alone. When you both got her Khailyn flipped out when Dedrallow commented that it wasn't proper for a lady such as herself to walk around alone. She started cursing you out a mile a minute and you just started smirking and told her never mind I see you're not actually a lady. This enraged her even more and she challenged you to a duel. At this point my crying had died down a little bit and I became curious. Dedrallow accepted the challenge and you two dueled for what seemed like a long time before I suggested that you two call it quits and name it a tie. Startled you both turned and looked at me surprised that I was still there. After recovering Khailyn snapped that she didn't do ties and that she would win no matter what. This caused me to cry more and Dedrallow became concerned while Khailyn looked annoyed. Dedrallow tried to stop me from crying by showing me Rouge, but Khailyn was angry and shoved him out of the way before asking me what was my purpose of crying which caused me to cry harder. Dedrallow seething shoved Khailyn who shoved him back and the two of you started fighting. Eventually I started laughing at the hilarity of the situation because Khailyn had Dedrallow hog tied. Afterwards I stated that you two were so alike because your personalities were so similar, which caused a dagger to be thrown at my head. Eventually though we started talking and introducing ourselves and even though I soon had to live we promised to meet each other the next day around the same time. On the next day you both asked why I had been crying and when I answered Dedrallow said he would have a word with those children, but Khailyn told him to shut up because he wouldn't be helping anything. I hastily agreed and said that I could take care of myself. You both found this funny and commented on my thin and weak statue and decided to teach me a little bit of how to fight. After having me train for hours you guys sent me home and we promised to come back again. The following day we all simply talked about ourselves and Dedrallow told us about how he was a changling, and what he had been up too for the most of his life, but he didn't tell us that he had been born a girl or about his sister until a few years later. And Khailyn confided about her mother, her life growing up and her father, etc. I talked about my parents death and life at the orphanage. Afterwards we parted ways. Then 2 years later we met again and Dedrallow challenged us to do all types of stuff because Khailyn threatened to put him through hell if he kept saying that we were weaker than him. So we all stole things, pick pocketed and convinced the bars that I was older than I looked so that I could join the both of you. After several days of this we agreed to meet again on this day at this spot because I would finally be able to leave the place I was born behind." Panting Faye looked at the both of them silently begging that they remembered.
