I know that what I've written is ALOT to take it, but I've TRIED to leave a fair amount of room for your own creativity while keeping him to the aspects that I need to compliment Talisa's personality and background. I have provided the relevant sections for my thoughts. The areas that I have not touched on when you come to filling out your application form simply mean that I have left them to your own choices. The sections that I have labelled with “Basic Notes” mean that you get to elaborate upon what I have already thought up; they are just points that you need to be aware of.

PERSONALITY;;
- CAPTAIN – Lyall is a serious and strict captain. With the help of his First Mate (and wife) he runs a tight ship. He allows no slackers – everyone must pull their own weight under his command, not even his First Mate is sparred from duty. He also does not allow rule breakers. He has many rules on his ship and he trusts his First Mate to enforce his rules to the letter, if Talisa struggles only then will he step in as the top authority on the ship
SCALLYWAG– Lyall does not consider himself to be a complete scallywag of a pirate. He does not break laws unnecessarily and does not harm those he classes as “innocent”. As a pirate he only targets merchant ships, not ships that are carrying passengers – otherwise his crew would be too tempted to steal from them.- CHARMING – Before he was married, Lyall was quite the lady charmer. He was breaking hearts all over, and in various ports. There were several fine women that caught his attentions, and some would even swoon at his killer smile. But he's married now.... he's still charming, but he focuses his charms solely on his young wife.
- DEVOTED HUSBAND – Ever since Lyall found out that Talisa was raped by her step-brother back in her homeland he has promised to keep her safe and not let anyone hurt her again, not even himself. He goes out of his way to make sure that she is happy and comfortable around him and does not touch her when her fear of men becomes too much for her. He even went to the lengths of threatening his own crew into submission – if any man on his crew touches his wife, they will loose a hand which will be thrown overboard to feed the sharks. If they do not cease touching his wife, then Lyall will not cease taking body parts from them until they get the idea. Talisa is off limits to anyone but himself.

HISTORY;;
(MY NOTES: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE WHEN WRITING YOUR HISTORY
- His mother was originally a slave girl that his father had bought simply because she was a pretty face. The original reason for her purchase was because she was classed as a 'pleasure slave' and Wulfric was lonely. But Wulfric later freed her from her slavery bond and married her instead. Missandei was turned into a werewolf the next full moon after their marriage. Two years later she gave birth to their first born son, Lyall.
- In total, Wulfric and Missandei had three children: Lyall being the eldest, his younger brother Beowulf, and their baby sister Daciana.
- Missandei and the children lived on the mainland in Muireach while Wulfic was out at sea. But their father would return from time to time with presents for the children and months worth of affections for his wife. As a teenager Lyall moved onto his fathers ship to become a pirate as well. By the time he was eighteen he was given his very own ship - “Valhalla”.
- His father Wulfric was the one to collect Talisa from the desert kingdom Harenam Maris, her grandfather having been an old friend of many years. Cadarn Nassar and his son (Talisa's father), Cassim, wanted Talisa to be far away from her step-brother, Edrik, for her own protection. Wulfric arranged the marriage between Lyall and Talisa himself.
- Lyall met his father and his new bride at Port Seang in Muireach, as agreed with his father by prior arrangement. Initially Lyall was against the idea of marriage, being quite the charmer amongst the ladies in the port, but as agreed, Lyall was wed to Talisa within days and he smuggled her aboard his ship – if only as a favour to her family and his father. Lyall took her to his cabin and told her not to come out until they were out on the high seas,and until he could calm down his crew – since they were a superstitious bunch that believed women on ships was bad luck(needless to say Lyall didn't agree with that sentiment). Once Lyall had calmed the spirits of his crew Talisa had free roam of the ship.
- Lyall even allowed Talisa's white lion to accompany them on the ship – as added protection for the girl.
- A month into their marriage Lyall joined her in his cabin, curious about why her family had sought help from his family. When he asked if a man had harmed her, Talisa had broken down into tears. A few more questions revealed the story of her step-brother raping her and the fact that her daughter had been stillborn. In order to calm her down Lyall had revealed a secret about himself – he could read. He read to her until they fell asleep in each others arms. The next morning Lyall swore to her that he would never harm her, nor would he let anyone harm her again.
- Lyall renamed his ship from “Valhalla” to “Sanaii” in honour of the little girl that had never had a chance to live – Talisa's daughter.
- Six months later Lyall had come to care for his wife. She was a dear friend and he trusted her, to the point where he named her as his First Mate. Once her fighting skills had improved of course... only then when she was able to hold her own against him did he promote her.
- Lyall and Talisa were often found sparring on the deck of the ship at night to keep up their skills, but once they were alone Lyall would still read his books to her. Talisa was the only one that knew he could read. It was by this stage that they came to a stage where they trusted each other completely, and he confessed to her that his family weren't human: they were in fact seafaring werewolves. To her credit, Talisa was not surprised.
- A year into their marriage, the night before the next full moon Lyall's ship pull into port and called for Talisa to accompany him ashore. Usually he went alone, but this time was different. He led her out of town into the Bluffs of Sona before explaining more about his family – and the requirement that anyone that married into the family had to be turned in order to ensure that the werewolf blood continued to the next generation. It was part of the reason why he had not tried to consummate their marriage without her consent. Lyall was a decent man, despite his scallywag reputation. Lyall didn't want to force Talisa into the turn, hence why he had taken her away from the ship so that her decision was not influenced by anyone other than herself. True to his word about never harming her Lyall simply offered the turn – if she declined he would take her back to the ship and then leave again so that he didn't hurt her. But as he mentioned that she would be stronger...strong enough to ensure that no one ever hurt her again Talisa's eyes glazed over with what seemed to be hatred before she pulled her hair aside and offered her neck to him, asking for the change.
- Lyall had bitten her hard, as was necessary, but hated the pain he had to put her through. After apologising quietly for the pain Lyall was invited into Talisa's bed – the first time during their marriage. After a year their marriage was finally consummated.The next night they roamed the bluffs as wolves together, he stayed with her since Talisa would not have any recollection of who she was during that state. He made sure that she didn't harm anyone, and that no one harmed her either. He would protect her until he died.
- When they returned to the ship Lyall presented her with a white bellied sea eagle that he had sent one of the crew to acquire while they were gone. Lyall had come to love Talisa, and the eagle was a token of his affections for her.
- Lyall watched as time passed Talisa became a feared pirate in her own right. The Desert Wolf. For a desert creature, life on the high seas suited her perfectly, and she was a fine First Mate. He couldn't help but grin as he noticed that in company Talisa would address him only as “Captain”, but when they were alone she would call him by name)
