Basically Seregon is in need of an interested supporting cast of people to interact with for the darker side of things. Primarily I'm looking for Seregonites (vampires and mortals who revere him as a false-God. Some of them would be practitioners of the dark arts or would engage in predatory or hedonistic lifestyle. Either they can sincerely believe in his claims or they can see his dark religious cult as a means of obtaining power. Or maybe its just family tradition! Warlocks, witches, debauched nobles, assassins, warlords, necromancers, and spies would be examples of natural fits.
It is also important to note that the Seregonites are organized and disciplined - their brand of evil isn't about running around slaughtering random folks just for giggles. They prefer to be more methodical in pursuit of their order's goals, though they aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty by far. They do tend to be at odds with feral/rogue vampires who go around randomly turning people though - as vampirism is supposed to be seen more as a gift to bestow upon the worthy than an insufferable disease.
Don't shy away from bringing in characters who aren't outright dastardly or have redeeming traits. Often Seregon's teachings prey upon the lost and unfortunate by tempting them down a dark path riddled with promises of power and eternal life. Or heck, dabbling in such dark teachings could be a daughter's way of getting back at a controlling daddy for or just the morbid curiousities of a student of magic for example. It's also important to note that the Seregonite religion isn't universally banned and forced underground in every kingdom. In places where its not repressed (like in liberal kingdoms Gaiothadh or in miserable places like Riasgleach), followers may be more open about their congregation as long as their darker/criminal activities aren't revealed to the public.
Anyhow, happy plotting and I hope to see new characters made or current characters weaved into this.
